A couple of months ago I told you about a really cool apple pie recipe.  It looks like a tower when it’s finished.

Well…here are some pics of my version of that apple pie.

I put the turkey in the oven about an hour ago and it smells delicious. I just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving before all our festivities begin.

ps. To all my Texas friends…we’re having a “White Thanksgiving”. It snowed this past weekend and hasn’t melted away. I hope we have a White Christmas since we haven’t had one yet!
